Morrison Construction’s Building Central business has begun work on a new £20m Build to Rent (BTR) scheme
On behalf of Drum Property Group, Morrison Construction will deliver phases two and three of a new BTR scheme on Minerva Street in Glasgow.
Phases two and three of the G3 Square development consists of 81 flats and 31 flats respectively. As well as external landscaping and ancillary facilities.
Both phases will be built concurrently over an 18-month long programme.
First major Build to Rent scheme in Scotland
This is the first move Morrison Construction has made into the BTR sector.
