BAM Nuttall wins Brent Cross South infrastructure contract

BAM Nuttall has been selected as the preferred infrastructure contractor for the Brent Cross South development by the joint venture established between Argent Related and Barnet Council

The framework will deliver infrastructure over the next 10-15 years; a critical part of the project’s delivery, enabling the new town centre via improvements to community, social and leisure facilities for existing and new residents and businesses in this part of North London.

The infrastructure contract includes new and improved parks and public spaces; streets and roads; and services, drainage and utilities, in preparation for the construction of new homes, workspace and retail and leisure.

Anthony Peter, development director at Argent Related, said: “BAM Nuttall has been selected as Brent Cross South’s long-term infrastructure delivery partner; this is a critical role to help us achieve the level of the scale and ambition that we have for the new place.
