Graham has won a £36m contract to develop a new build to rent scheme in Sheffield, by Panacea Property Development
Graham will deliver 284 studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments across two residential buildings in Sheffield City Centre, designed for the build to rent market.
The scheme is part of the final phase of the regeneration project in the Well Meadow Conservation Area.
Funding has been provided by Grainger plc and construction has already begun on site.
Sheffield regeneration
Peter Reavey, regional director at Graham said: “We’re proud to be working again with Panacea Property Development following our successful development of the Copper House – Liverpool in February 2021. We are also excited to be working with Grainger PLC, which is delivering hundreds of homes for rent in one of the UK’s most thriving cities.
“Sheffield is undergoing a period of regeneration and the provision of high-quality housing remains a priority. This latest phase will certainly enhance the opportunities available to renters and we’re pleased to be working with the team to deliver them.”
The work is expected to be complete by summer 2023.
