Godwin Developments has been given the green light for plans to deliver a 23-storey build to rent scheme in Sheffield
The build to rent scheme in Sheffield will deliver 336 new apartments on the edge of the city centre.
The development – named The Meridian – will include one, two, and three-bedroom modern open-plan apartments and 94 private balconies.
The project also includes a large amount of flexible ground floor amenity space for a concierge reception, co-working spaces, residents’ only lounge and gym.
It features a landscaped roof garden and plaza fronting onto Queens Road, as well as 358 cycle storage and 29 car parking spaces.

The scheme will redevelop a 1.1-acre brownfield site, which has been vacant for many years.
