Lotta Cvach, district manager, Skanska Sverige AB, commented: “We are pleased with the confidence from Aranäs to be involved and continue to develop Kungsbacka. Here we have already collaborated on another stage, which gave us good experiences building on this exciting urban development project.”

The three houses comprise a total of 18,000 square meters of gross area and will be between four and five floors high.

Design work starts immediately with an estimated construction start in the fourth quarter of this year. The houses are expected to be completed in stages from the end of 2021 to February 2022.
