Murphy & Sons Limited has been awarded a contract by Steyn Group worth £18.5m for a new mixed-use new residential apartment block in north London
Work has already started in Camden on delivering the 24 private and 12 affordable housing units, as well as some commercial space.
Flagship Spaces – the flexible office operator in the Steyn Group portfolio of companies is due to run the commercial space within the building.

The project is expected to be completed by Summer 2022.
