Graham’s interior fit-out division has secured projects worth up to £5m to fit out three new stores for high-street retailer Next
The three stores, which are found at The Quays Shopping Centre, Newry, Arnotts in Dublin and Thistles Shopping Centre in Stirling, will add to its impressive portfolio of work completed for the fashion giant.
Projects already completed include Ireland’s largest Next store, which spans 43,000 sq ft in Newtownabbey, as well as the popular Next outlet store at the Eastgate Shopping Centre in Inverness.
The existing Next store in The Quays Shopping Centre in Newry will receive a £1.2m fit-out, and once complete, the floor space will have increased by 10,586 sq ft and include a new coffee shop.
The £2.3m transformation of the extended retail space that Next will occupy in the Arnotts building in Mary Street, Dublin, is also a significant contract. The fit-out will last approximately 20 weeks and is scheduled to complete in August 2019.
Works will include the installation of escalators and lifts, a new staircase, floors, fitting rooms, fixtures and fittings.
The forthcoming projects will see Graham deliver interactive, functional and sleek retail spaces that help Next to meet the evolving demands of its modern consumers. Graham’s long-running partnership with Next was established back in 2013.
