Pegasus has launched a collection of 10 luxury apartments at its Fitzjohn’s development, exclusively for people over 60, which has been curated to meet the demand for privately rented accommodation
The new apartments at the Fitzjohn’s development will be able to purchase and rent.
The newly released collection of homes available to rent at the Fitzjohn’s development includes apartments ranging from a 1353 sq ft two-bedroom ground floor apartment to a 1969 sq ft three-bedroom third floor apartment.
The collection spans the ground to third floor of the development with the ground floor apartments boasting private gardens or terrace space.
Recent market research has shown a sharp rise in the over-60’s rental market over the past few years, with the government’s English Housing Survey stating that around 371,000 people in later life are currently in private rented accommodation.
