Harrier Park partners, Muse Developments and Rolls-Royce, together with new occupier RM Resources, have broken ground on their new 195,840 sq ft building, in the heart of the 67-acre mixed-use scheme
The development, Harrier Park, is part of a long-term partnership between Rolls-Royce and Muse Developments, which will bring nearly one million sq ft of employment space, alongside hundreds of new homes and community facilities built on surplus land alongside the Rolls-Royce Aerospace supply chain plant off Watnall Road.
In January 2020 they agreed to move their UK headquarters to the 195,840 sq ft building at the scheme, following a period of sustained growth. GMI Construction Group plc has been appointed as the scheme’s main contractor.
RM supplies technology and resources to the education sector, supporting schools, teachers and pupils across the globe – from pre-school to higher education – including examination boards, central governments and other professional institutions.
An ‘innovative development’
