HG Construction has been appointed as the main contractor to deliver a new exclusive trackside development, Escapade Silverstone
The Escapade Silverstone scheme features 60 new residences and a two-storey clubhouse, designed by Twelve Architects, built at the trackside of the iconic racetrack.

The Escapade properties will be available to purchase as an owner or stay in as a guest. They will offer guests entertaining spaces, high specification acoustics and ensuite bathrooms, as well as parking.
The clubhouse will feature an indoor swimming pool, sauna and dining facilities on the first floor as well as a roof terrace. Other amenities include a performance-focused gym and a private briefing room.
