ISG has been appointed to deliver the Pullman Singapore Orchard refurbishment, which marks the French luxury five-star hotel’s very first flagship hotel at 270 Orchard Road, Singapore

The Pullman Singapore Orchard refurbishment follows ISG’s construction of Pullman Hotel Liverpool at the city’s waterfront which officially opened in 2016, which was voted one of the Ultimate 100 British Hotels by The Sunday Times.
ISG will deliver refurbishment works at Pullman Singapore Orchard for 309 guest rooms, suites, and executive lounges.
The full suite of works encompasses repainting, window upgrades, contemporary furniture installations, lighting, and critical mechanical and engineering works.
ISG will partner with interior designer, EDG Design, and project manager, CBRE to deliver critical works across all seven floors of the rebranded property, creating cosmopolitan, bold interiors, complete with French-inspired furnishings.

The new Pullman Singapore Orchard hotel is set to be part of a mixed-use development, occupying a prime location along Singapore’s Orchard Road shopping belt.
