The situation with Covid-19 has been changing and moving rapidly as the wider implications on the industry are being considered from a legal perspective.
The content, which contains articles from JCT and relevant content from other industry bodies, aims to keep construction professionals up-to-date with useful information.
The content featured on JCT’s Covid-19 hub covers the following areas:
- General information on the pandemic and construction, the Covid-19 timeline, and contracts entered into prior to the foreseeable effect of the pandemic on the industry.
- Summary of the guidance from UK Government and other industry bodies, including the Construction Industry Council (CLC).

The hub builds on the content first published by JCT during the pandemic back in April 2020, and JCT aims to keep the page regularly updated with new information as it becomes available.
