The next category in PBC Today’s preview of the Building Innovation Awards is Most Innovative Consultancy
The Most Innovative Consultancy award recognises the organisations who work with clients and contractors to ensure projects meet their technical specifications, come in on time and on budget – and are managed effectively in the long term.

Bond Bryan Digital
Bond Bryan Digital is a multi-award winning digital consultancy to support clients, consultants and contractors with their implementation of BIM. It provides services including Information Definition (eg documenting client’s information requirements), Information Management, Coordination Management and other digital services. Their approach to all their projects is firmly grounded in an “openBIM” approach to both defining and delivering robust data for their clients.
FL Innovations
FL Innovations are one of the most innovative digital transformation consultancies in construction. It harnesses the latest technology, from machine learning to agile management, and then provides all its insights on free to access dashboards. The firm’s BIM projects deliver greater efficiency and sustainable lifecycle management.
One Creative Environments
With the majority of benefits of BIM claimed to be within the operational stages of projects, One developed a method of embedding SFG20 data within models, and developing an IFC workflow to allow fully functional PPM schedules to be automatically extracted at project handover to streamline asset management. Almost as a “byproduct” of the BIM process, One has demonstrated a highly valuable practical method of using BIM for facilities management, as an innovative consultancy.
