Housebuilder Burrington Estates has been granted planning permission to build a select collection of 15 new homes in Deddington, Oxfordshire
Plans for the new development on Clifton Road include a mix of properties from two-bedroom semi-detached homes up to large luxurious five-bedroom houses, all built-in natural stone.

The Clifton Road site is located on the edge of Deddington, surrounded by mature hedges, trees and fields.
Burrington Estates will help to conserve the green and leafy aspect by planting new hedgerows and wildflower meadows to create a rural site for residents.
The design of the new homes will blend carefully with the setting, including materials such as stone, brickwork, timber cladding, and tiled roofing, all synonymous with the local architecture.
Similarly, the Hempton Gate site includes 14 luxurious new homes in a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom layouts.
The homes also include environmentally friendly features such as energy-efficient underfloor heating, superior insulation, and electric car charging points.
