Engineering consultancy, Patrick Parsons has been appointed by Countryside to deliver civil and structural engineering consultancy services for the first 332 new homes at Fairham, Nottingham
The 20-acre site is the first parcel of land of the £800m new neighbourhood plans for Nottingham, being delivered in partnership by Clowes Developments and Homes England.
Situated on a 606-acre site on the southern edge of the city, Fairham will bring a total of 3,000 new homes, as well as numerous jobs and opportunities.
Collaborating with Countryside on the 20-acre site, Patrick Parsons will support the project from the feasibility stage, through planning to construction and handover. The homes include three and four-bedroom homes and one and two-bedroom apartments.

Once completed Fairham will bring brand new amenities including a primary school, health centre and community centre, as well as more than 50-acres of commercial space within easy reach of the M1.
Patrick Parsons and Countryside have forged a well-established relationship, with the engineering consultancy recently appointed to deliver on Standard Hill and Walton on Trent Bypass for the housebuilder.
