Countryside has received planning approval from London Borough of Brent, for all four phases of Peel, in Kilburn, North West London
Following a detailed planning submission by CGL Architects, Countryside is set to lease the second and third phase to Home Group, one of the UK’s largest housing associations, at the end of this month.
The development will deliver 308 new homes to the London Borough of Brent increasing the proportion of affordable homes on the site from 18% to 40% as well.
To benefit the local community and new residents, the approved plans include a health centre, gym, a new public plaza and retail and commercial spaces.
Sustainability is a key priority for Countryside and the approved plans ensure that the development will connect to the council’s proposed district energy network, providing heating and hot water for all residents.
A milestone in the journey for Peel
