‘The Forum’, a residential-led development that will deliver 226 build-to-rent homes in Stevenage has secured planning permission
The build-to-rent development comprises a single residential block of varying heights split into two cores with ground and first floor communal areas, podium level external amenities and communal rooftop terraces, as well as commercial activity on the ground floor.
It has been designed to be green and sustainable and to the highest of standards.
As part of the proposals, the design team will improve the public realm in the area, including enhancing the existing Fairlands Way underpass.
The PRP-designed scheme has been developed by J Group, Leo Homes and V Fund. PRP provided architectural, landscape and development consultancy services on the scheme.
