United Living Group has been awarded a £33.5 million residential contract to build new homes in Carterton, Oxfordshire
The residential contract was awarded by Platform Housing Group, one of the largest affordable housing developers in the Midlands.
The new residential development will see over 200 homes constructed over 4 and a half years, with a mix of 2-4 bedroom houses and apartments in the shared ownership, rent to buy, affordable rent and social rent space.
The residential scheme will benefit the local community by providing affordable housing, and further extending housing supply which will directly contribute to the local area in the form of a £1.2m payment to Oxfordshire County Council, and a further £0.6 million to West Oxfordshire District Council in the form of its statutory section 106 payment.
The new residential contract marks the fourth scheme working on behalf of Platform Housing Group.
