Situated in Birmingham’s historic jewellery quarter, the ‘Setl’ residential development will be made up of 101 apartments and 2,350 sq. ft. of ground floor commercial space
GMI Construction Group PLC announced its plans, on 22 February 2022, to construct a new residential-led scheme in Birmingham’s iconic Jewellery Quarter under the appointment of leading property developer HBD.
The new development has been called ‘Setl’ and has been designed by leading architects BPN. It is HBD’s first city centre development in Birmingham.
101 apartments will be accompanied by an array of residential amenities and 2,350 sq. ft. of ground floor commercial space.
The SETL residential development will feature:
- 101 apartments
- an array of residential amenities
- 2,350 sq. ft. of ground floor commercial space
- a courtyard
- workspace
- a lounge
- a gym
- a rooftop garden on the upper floors of the six-storey building
