Sodexo and Sensori announce new FM alliance for office space management

Leading workplace services provider Sodexo Ireland has announced a new FM alliance with Sensori Facilities Management to help clients achieve flexible and balanced working

As organisations redesign their workplaces for the future, Sodexo‘s new FM alliance continues to build its Vital Spaces proposition.

Sodexo’s Vital Spaces combines a full suite of workplace and employee-focused services, such as workplace consultancy, workplace design, workplace management, worklife services and workplace technology and analytics.

Combining Sodexo and Sensori’s existing expertise

The new FM alliance utilises Sodexo’s expertise in workplace transformation and Sensori FM’s expertise in digital intelligent building solutions. It is hoped that the new FM alliance will therefore appeal to companies seeking a single point of contact which possesses the necessary design and creation expertise for flexible, sustainable workplaces.

The new FM alliance also means that clients can:

Sustainability and decarbonisation is now a priority for 73% of businesses and employees

Research by the IFMA (International Facility Management Association) points out that sustainability and the decarbonisation of buildings are now key objectives for all businesses. Precisely, 73% of business leaders state that existing and potential employees are increasingly scrutinising sustainability policies and want further climate-positive action.

The new FM alliance will address this by collaborating with clients on the creation of strategies to enhance sustainability roadmaps. This means reducing the consumption of energy and water by companies. To achieve this, Sodexo and Sensori will include detailed energy audits, costings and design solutions, to ensure buildings and assets perform at their optimum level of efficiency with visibility of real time digital interface reports.
