Morgan Sindall has secured a new contract with Citylife to deliver a £31m residential apartment development in Leeds
The Springwell Gardens development will feature a 16 storey building, housing 223, one, two and three-bedroom residential apartments.
It is being designed by Nick Brown Architects, offering roof terraces with skyline views and private courtyards, close to Leeds city centre.
60% of the apartments have already been sold by Aspen Woolf and the £31m project is due to be finalised by 2023.
