St. Modwen Home has an impressive track record
Last year St. Modwen Homes delivered almost 1200 new homes and received one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings for a housebuilder of its size in the UK (HBF). It also achieved an award-winning track record in health and safety and was recognised for its and a progressive and sustainable approach to housebuilding.
St Modwen was acquired by Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative asset manager, in August 2021. St Modwen has attracted significant ongoing support and investment due to its focus on the high growth sectors of logistics and housebuilding.
Taking ambitions to double housebuilding delivery in its stride with more sales and land acquisition
As part of its ambitious plans to double housebuilding delivery in the next five years, the company is is selling homes across 24 sites and is making significant land acquisitions. In the meantime, Modwen Logistics has delivered 1.4m sq ft of new warehouse space during 2021, and has plans for further growth in 2022, whilst backed by one of the UK’s largest pipelines at c. 19m sq ft.
