ESS Group has received a strategic investment from ISG that will not only boost growth, but further enhance ISG’s leadership role within the group
ISG has become a major shareholder of the ESS Group, following a major investment. The strategic investment from ISG supports the ESS Group’s ambitious growth strategy and further enhances ISG’s leadership role within the group. ISG aims to use innovation and pioneering delivery approaches to transform the construction industry.
The ESS Group, incorporated in 1989, is headquartered in Dublin and Manchester, and employs more than 280 staff. The company specialises in innovative Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) solutions for those working in healthcare, commercial and public sectors. The group includes the ESS Modular and Spatial Initiative brands.
This latest strategic investment from ISG builds upon ESS Group’s 2020 acquisition of construction integration specialist Spatial Initiative. It will also contribute to brining additional capability in resources, research and development capability and catalyse the group’s further expansion.
