The scheme will feature purpose-built student accommodation including shared amenity spaces such as cinema, communal kitchens, gym, study and breakout spaces, a fourth-floor terrace with outside space, and cycle storage at ground level, as well as two retail units on the ground floors.
It will be built across two blocks, the tallest will be 32 storeys high and the second 11 storeys.
