Development and investment company, This Land™, has announced that it has bought 20 new sites across Cambridgeshire in a bid to deliver a market-leading approach to the creation of new homes and neighbourhoods across the UK
These new sites will deliver in excess of 560 new homes close to Cambridge – the fastest growing city economy in the UK.
This Land’s™ newly acquired portfolio lends itself to a variety of mixed-use developments in both rural and urban locations.
The new sites include a mixed-use site at Soham Northern Gateway; a new residential development at land adjacent Hereward Hall and a range of sites in surrounding villages, including Brampton, Foxton, Wicken, Guilden Morden and Litlington.

The move will help This Land™ to pursue a range of development opportunities in Cambridgeshire. A number of their sites have been identified to increase their fast growing portfolio by a further 1,000 new homes.
