Contractor Thomas Sinden has secured a £6m contract to build 30 new residential homes for KAIYANG Real Estate Ltd in Chingford, London
The £6m residential development contract, which has been designed by 5plus Architects, will feature 30 high-quality sustainable homes including five, three-bedroom family dwellings along with social amenity space and car parking.
On the site of a former petrol station, the 3,410 sq m Rowden Parade residential development has been designed to enhance the existing neighbourhood. Its five-storey frontage, onto the primary street, steps down to two storeys adjacent to the terraces, in order to respect the privacy and daylight of neighbouring buildings. A private courtyard at the rear of the residential development provides the communal amenity space and integrates the secure car parking.
