Developer, MCR Property Group has received planning approval for its 16-storey Old Trafford development, Trafford Plaza
Situated off Seymour Grove, the scheme comprises 174 apartments, split over 64 one-bedroom and 110 two-bedroom units, including a duo of two-bedroom duplexes.
