Mike Packham is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience in the property/facilities management/construction industry. During this period he has worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from landscaping, through new build and refurbishment to civil/heavy engineering works.
Having trained initially as a Quantity Surveyor Mike subsequently obtained a Masters degree in Property Development / Project Management and latterly (since 1988) has become involved in facilities management consultancy. Mike is uniquely qualified to advise clients at every stage of the building life cycle and this is reflected by the wide variety of projects undertaken.
Mike is a regular speaker at seminars arranged by Hawkesmere, Construction Strudy Centre, National School for Government and other similar organisations. Additionally he is a lecturer/examiner for the College of Estate Management’s Diploma in Facilities Management, a member of the RICS FM Executiveand External Examiner at the Bartlett School of Design, University College London.
