As an Approved Inspector we’ve been under considerable scrutiny and that process is ongoing but in the interim, we have maintained our competence, professionalism and consistency to help our clients become compliant. • We work on your project from the outset to check drawings and specifications meet Building Regulation compliance – removing any uncertainty and limiting your risk. We give you a tracker showing areas of concern.
• Our building control inspectors focus on your most critical issue: that the actual project complies on site.
• Whilst the building remains your design and responsibility, we provide a third party check of the structure and fire safety, energy conservation, and access features.

We work nationally and our typical projects include high rise residential and student accommodation, hotels, hospitals, educational, medical and industrial buildings but also houses, loft conversions and kitchen and lounge extensions. We’ve checked re-cladding work on hotels but have also relished work to listed buildings and throughout all of this have an audit system in place to check that we are performing above expectations.
