Building warranty and building control provider ICW Group has announced the first winners from across the UK construction sector in its inaugural ICW Showcase Awards
The ICW Showcase Awards, which identify and reward excellence in projects being developed by ICW registered builders and developers, unveiled an impressive level of build quality across the region.
The awards are spread across four different categories across eight regions in the competition.
This includes:
- Small (projects with 1-50 residential units)
- Medium (projects between 51-250 units)
- Large (projects with more than 250 units)
- High Rise (major projects with a reinstatement value in excess of £20m).
Nominations were also open for the House of the Year category and the Innovation award
Nominations were also open for the House of the Year category and the Innovation award, which recognizes sites that best use unique design, technology, and modern construction methods.
Regions include the North of England, Midlands, London, South East of England, South West of England, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Scotland and Isle of Man.

ICW surveyors put forward nominations for each region monthly.
ICW surveyors scored sites based on surveys and site visits covering all aspects of the construction stage before being judged by the firm’s regional managers.
