Structural warranty insurance and property finance specialists J3 Advisory are offering a unique zero deposit finance facility that allows property professionals to secure their building warranty with no deposit and spread costs over the build period.

The innovative zero deposit finance facility enables the procurement of a new build warranty, a social housing warranty, and warranties for BTR and conversion projects with no deposit and affordably spreads the cost of insurance premiums over up to 12 months.

The zero deposit finance facility will expand working capital options for SME developers

The offering, aimed at UK SME developers, contractors and housebuilders, will enable clients to unlock working capital and re-allocate finances to other business areas amid rising costs.

Building warranties are a mandatory expense, but this additional line of credit turns a prepaid essential expense into working capital at a time when cash flow is critical.

The construction finance facility offers opportunities for improved cash flow, a fixed interest rate for the duration of the facility, but also corporate tax relief, and access to an additional line of credit.
