Previously of SOCOTEC, Natalia Thomas Alvarez has been appointed as the new Technical Competency Manager for Premier Guarantee
Leading warranty and building control provider Premier Guarantee are delighted to welcome Natalia Thomad Alvarez to their growing building control team in the role of Technical Competency Manager.
The focus on competency in the industry has increased recently ahead of the enforcement of the Building Safety Act. The new legislation introduces a new Building Safety Regulator for high rise residents to formally raise concerns and new cladding legislation.
Natalia will bring her extensive experience to the role
Natalia will play a key role in providing surveyors with an array of learning and support, enhancing Premier Guarantee’s trusted expertise.
Natalia spent nearly fifteen years at Herefordshire Council in senior building control roles, as well as a year long stint as senior project manager at SOCOTEC. She has a Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying and a MSc in Computer Aided Architectural Design and Construction, Building Construction Technology.
