Premier Guarantee has launched a new ‘InSite Invites’ podcast series, which focuses on the Building Safety Act and its implications for the construction industry
InSite Invites host experts on the Act itself, compliance with it, its legal clout, as well as leading building control figures. Guests passionately take listeners through the entire scope of the Building Safety Act, including how we got to where we are today and what the future holds for all of those impacted by it.
The Building Safety Act brings new legal responsibilities
Compliance expert and episode one guest, Peter Dawber, said: “There are a lot of new responsibilities, legal responsibilities with criminal liability, and I think that the picture is probably a lot less clear as to how many of those people and organisations really understand their responsibilities under the act. So it’s really important that we get that message out there.”
The first episode of the series launched on Tuesday 4th April. Episodes one and two are available on Spotify, iTunes and the Premier Guarantee website now.
