UK housebuilder Bellway Homes has adopted Viewpoint For Projects and Field View as its construction management platform
One of the largest housebuilders in the UK, Bellway Homes, has adopted Viewpoint For Projects, along with Field View, as its construction management platform.
The software comes from Trimble Viewpoint, a software company helping the construction industry better manage projects, processes and people.
The construction management platform enables increased efficiency across multiple aspects of the business
Viewpoint For Projects is a project management tool that enables businesses to collaborate on and manage project documentation and communications effectively. Field View is a versatile site management software designed to improve project quality and productivity for construction teams.
These Trimble Viewpoint construction management solutions will allow Bellway Homes to:
- be compliant with Building Regulations UK Part L (BRUKL) and the Building Safety Act by offering a single location for compliance reports and certificates, and all related photographic evidence;
- improve overall operational efficiency from field to office and simplify project documentation with efficient workflows that eliminate manual processes;
- allow for a “golden thread of information” that is vital in completing projects to a high standard, with quality control records readily available.
Viewpoint software is easing communication and ensuring compliance
