Graitec acquires Autodesk VAR Lineis

Today, Graitec, the international BIM, Fabrication and Design software developer , announced that it acquired 100% of the shares of Lineis

Graitec have today announced that it acquired 100% of the shares of Lineis on Wednesday February 20th. (The terms of the deal have not been disclosed)

Lineis logoThe acquisition of Lineis reinforces the position of Graitec in France where the company is already operating as (1) Autodesk Platinum Partner; (2) software editor of world class standard structural analysis & design software: Advance Design and Advance BIM Designers, Advance Workshop, and Arma+ software; and (3) as service provider and Research & Development partner for engineering offices and manufacturers. Lineis brings with them a team of BIM experts as well as over 30 years of presence and customer commitment in the French market.

Now with the full support of a major international group, Lineis will gain an extended capacity to deliver a new range of professional services around BIM. This in turn will deliver more value to customers with an extended portfolio of unique complementary products, an example of which, is that all Graitec subscribers to Autodesk Revit receive a complimentary Graitec PowerPack with over 50 bonus tools to increase their productivity.

Lineis will be merged within Graitec France in the coming weeks and both teams will combine their strengths to better serve customers and develop the business of Graitec in France.
