The 3D twin can be virtually toured, measured and annotated with critical fire safety documents, embedded with videos and documents to ensure all fire safety compliance is in one place.
Using our LIDAR 3D scanning equipment, Trident creates immersive virtual models that can be explored, annotated, measured, and shared. This creates a single reference point for tracking maintenance tasks and provides contractors or house teams with vital information quickly.
The virtual tour can be used for remote inspections at the design stage, to showcase a space, or as part of staff training to understand the building and escape routes.
The digital twins improve advertising engagement by 15% and double the average time spent on webpages by allowing customers to virtually walk through properties and provide detailed information about services and amenities with clickable tags and annotations, easily visible when touring the model.
The tours can be embedded directly into a website for simple access and usability.

3D laser scanning allows us to quickly capture, visualise, and pre-register data in the field. This data can then be processed in the office to deliver conventional 2D models and 3D digital twins.
The latest technology improves viewer engagement with bigger spaces and better indoor and outdoor accuracy, capturing 3D data up to 100 metres away. Our equipment is state-of-the-art, assisting us with using the latest software tools, including AutoCAD and Revit.
