Ashley and Graham were on hand to speak to current and prospective clients about the software

Ashley Wing, sales and marketing manager and Graham Pardoe, business development manager were at the Re-flow stand. They caught up with main sponsor WJ and helped a few other current clients with requests and questions about how to get the most out of their software.

Graham Pardoe, dusiness development manager, said: “Hearing about ongoing challenges and understanding the pain points of our clients is vital for how we update and grow our software. If there is a way Re-flow can make tasks easier, improve health and safety practices and enable better communication we’d like to hear it from the boots on the ground. Feedback like this helps us improve our software to benefit our clients. Events like the RSMA Annual Conference help us to keep our ear to the ground and better serve the sectors we work in.”

Re-flow were joined by other sponsors including Swarco Hitex, Derbyshire Specialist Aggregates, Long Rake Spar, Preptec Equipment Services, Hofmann Road Marking Systems, Meon UK, Potters Industries, RSTA, Boud Minerals, Supply Chain Sustainability School, WJ Group and Kraton.

The event was followed by a drinks reception and dinner where comedian Ian Moore took to the stage to entertain attendees. Overall, the event was a success with the Re-flow team coming back with greater understanding of their clients and inspired to continue improving the software.
