Fischer Future Heat has launched free net zero training courses for installers and heating businesses at their facility in Leicester
The net zero training courses allow companies to upskill their trade force to renewable technologies whilst future-proofing their businesses with essential knowledge of air source heat pumps, electric boilers, electric water heaters and Fischer’s HeatCore radiators.

Preparing for the next generation of space and water heating
Reports have shown a steady increase in the installation of heat pumps after a relatively slow start.
In the second half of 2023, the number of installs during a singular month reached 3,000 for the first time and 2023 on a whole was a record year for installations.
On average, the number of homes installing heat pumps using the Boiler Upgrade Scheme has risen 10% month on month.
The scheme offers customers £7,500 off the price of an ASHP being extended to 2028 – this number is set to increase.
Becoming a Fischer Certified Installer allows businesses to prepare, adapt and become a part of the growing renewable heating industry.
There will be a ban on gas boilers in newly built homes from 2025
The UK’s Official Climate Advisors have recommended that all gas boilers should be banned by 2033.
Over the last year, 47% of Britons have purchased low-carbon technology. With levies on electric and gas pricing set to change, reducing the price of electricity, the market for electric heating products is set to boom.
