Termex insulation - thermal insulatoin
“Termex Cellulose insulation is produced with as little an environmental impact as possible. Waste paper, which acts as its base material, is both recycled and renewable, unlike fossil-based materials, such as mineral wool or foam.”

With over 35 years of experience and business history in Scandinavia and continental Europe, Termex Cellulose insulation is a fire- and moisture-safe, blown-in thermal insulation for modern construction and retrofits

As we are now gradually launching our installation service in the UK, we are currently
companies interested in moving towards a greener future with our fossil-free products.

We offer both installation training and professional thermal insulation machinery.

Thermal comfort while saving energy and nature

Termex Cellulose thermal insulation is produced with as little an environmental impact as possible. Waste paper, which acts as its base material, is both recycled and renewable, unlike high in CO2 materials, such as mineral wool or foam.

Termex cellulose blown-in thermal insulation is a safe, researched product meeting the emission class requirements of modern, low-carbon building material. It has a CE mark, a UKCA and an environmental product declaration (EPD).

Termex Cellulose blown-in thermal insulation is among the best blowing wools in terms of
thermal resistance. Its thermal conductivity is only 0.038 W/mK which, coupled with its seamlessness and robust airtightness, is able to generate 30% savings on heating costs with loft insulation alone.

Easy installation in roofs & attics

Roof structures usually consist of a loadbearing structure, air/vapour barrier, heat insulation, waterproofing and functioning ventilation.

Insulating the roof with blown-in insulation is seamless, precise and effective.
Blown-in insulation can be installed both on attic floors and/or between joists and rafters.
Other types of applications are timber frames and cavity walls.

Cellulose fibre is perfect for repairing or complementing
old insulation, and can be retrofitted

Cellulose fills even small gaps and holes, enabling a seamless, well-insulated layer. In the case of a later loft conversion, it can be very easily removed and reused again.

Depending on the inclination, blowing pressure compacts the fibres so that they do not settle. The insulating fibres leave no gaps through which heat can escape, nor through which draughts can enter, also thanks to tape and membrane system supplies from our partners.

Cellulose thermal insulation allows moisture to travel throughout its mass in a capillary action, drying out naturally and, if necessary, it works as a buffer without letting mould grow in the insulated structure.

The triple heat capacity compared to mineral fibres also ensures a better indoor climate during the summer.

Forget old-fashioned board or batt insulation – order professionally
