Kate Rock has been appointed as Costain non-executive director and chair designate, following Paul Golby’s decision to step down
Kate Rock will be appointed as Costain non-executive director (independent) on 1 November 2022 and chair designate from 1 December 2022. As well as her new role, she will also be appointed to the nomination committee of the board.
Rock has held the role as a senior independent director of Keller Group plc since 2020, having been appointed a non-executive director in 2018. She is a non-executive director of Unbound Group plc and was previously a non-executive director of Imagination Technologies plc.
Kate rock is a Member of the House of Lords Select Committee
Rock is a senior adviser at Instinctif Partners, an international business communications consultancy, and previously a managing partner of its predecessor College Hill Associates. Until January 2023, she is also a Member of the House of Lords Select Committee for Science and Technology.
