Nemetschek Group appoints César Flores Rodríguez as new chief division officer

The Nemetschek Group has announced that César Flores Rodríguez has been appointed as chief division officer (CDO) for Operate & Manage and Digital Twin of the Nemetschek Group with immediate effect

In his role, César Flores Rodríguez will be leading and building up Nemetschek Group‘s new Digital Twin business, driving the development of its solutions and services, and being a thought leader for this topic.

Additionally, as chief division officer he has the full responsibility for Nemetschek Group’s Operate & Manage Division with a special focus on Go-to-Market, accelerating growth and cross-selling.

Driving operational excellence across global, high-growth companies

Leveraging the market potential in Operate & Manage

César Flores Rodríguez added: “I’m thrilled to be joining the Nemetschek Group and working with the mission-driven team that has already provided such a great foundation to build upon.

César has more than 23 years of experience in the cloud space, especially in solutions for the AEC/O industry.

Before joining the Nemetschek Group, he was managing director of Radius Telecoms Europe and CSO of NFON AG. During his stay at NFON the company went public and became the leading Cloud PBX provider in Europe.

Prior to that, he was co-founder and managing director of conject Holding GmbH, the then leading Common Data Environment (CDE) for the construction industry in Europe, which he successfully sold in a trade sale to Aconex (now part of Oracle), where he became COO EMEA.

His early career was formed in strategy consulting at Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman). He holds a German Spanish double diploma in business administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Madrid) ICADE and ESB Reutlingen.
