The Solihull-based housebuilder has appointed Richard Bagnall as the new Hayfield Human Resources Manager, as it prepares to deliver 500 homes in middle England

Richard Bagnall has been selected as the new Hayfield Human Resources Manager, to strengthen Hayfield’s people development and resourcing capacity.

The Solihull-headquartered housebuilder now employs over 150 people and is gearing up to deliver 500 homes per annum across middle England.

Richard has extensive experience in human resources and employee wellbeing

With a passion for talent attraction and development, Richard Bagnall has over 10 years’ of human resources expertise, including employee relations, employee engagement, and reward and recognition. Richard was previously the HR business partner at Rapid Response Medical Service Ltd, where he provided a full HR advisory service.

Prior to that role, he was the HR Business Partner for Arconic Manufacturing (GB) Limited, where he worked for six years. He has a keen interest in employee wellbeing and is a trained Mental Health First Aider.

The appointment of a new Hayfield Human Resources Manager is part of the company’s growth

Hayfield currently has around 400 homes under construction across the counties of Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire and Worcestershire. The company also has a number of sites which are set to deliver a further 400 executive family homes in prime semi-rural and edge of town settings.

Hayfield’s wellbeing programme recently made the shortlist for the Best Staff Development Award in this year’s national Housebuilder Awards. The award ceremony will take place on 10th November 2022.
