M-AR has been shortlisted for four 2023 Offsite Awards in recognition of the outstanding projects the team has completed over the last 12 months

The Offsite Awards recognise the best of the UK offsite construction sector, covering every aspect of the industry across 23 categories to celebrate innovation and ingenuity.

The contractor has been nominated across three categories: Building Performance Pioneer, Hybrid Project of the Year and Client of the Year.

M-AR’s Patent Walk and Patent House retirement complex in Doncaster has been shortlisted for two categories: Building Performance Pioneer and Client of the Year.

Patent Walk and Patent House is the largest net-zero MMC retirement complex in England

The retirement complex comprises 20 affordable and energy-efficient homes, which makes it the largest net-zero MMC/modular retirement complex in England.

Used as the basis for future energy-efficient homes research, the retirement complex will lay the foundations for homes of the future.

Reuben House has also been shortlisted n the Client of the Year category. Using offsite construction methods, M-AR was able to build with maximum efficiency to provide excellent long-term value for the charity and the young people it serves.

Little Ilford School has been nominated for the Hybrid Project of the Year Category. The three-storey multi-functional teaching block is equipped with classrooms and corridors, an activity studio, ancillary staff rooms and a new underground car parking area.

The winners of the ninth annual Offsite Awards will be announced at a special event in Coventry on Tuesday, 19th September, held during the Offsite Expo.
