Shaun Tate is joining the senior team at Reds10 in the chief operating officer role as their ambitious growth strategy continues to yield results
Shaun Tate has joined Reds10 as chief operating officer, as the vertically integrated off-site construction accelerates its ambition to become the leader in a new class of Tier 1 contractors.
The news follows a third consecutive year of profit and turnover growth, which reported an annual 32% revenue and 17% profit increase in the latest figures.
Shaun joins the team after 17 years as a director at Mace
In his 35 years in the industry, Shaun has led major projects across residential, commercial, education, biopharmaceutical and medical facilities and others.
In recent years he was the driving force behind the successful launch and running of a business unit focused on maximising off-site pre-manufacture value and assembly.
At Reds10, Shaun will build on the company’s successful platform approach, utilising more production and delivery methodologies, driving operational efficiencies, social value and bringing innovative solutions to a wider client base.
