Apollo acquires United Living Group

Apollo has acquired United Living group, a leading provider of maintenance and construction services across infrastructure, new homes and property

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed over the summer.

In a statement from Apollo, the company stated that ‘financial terms were not disclosed’.
