Wilmslow-based Re:volve Real Estate has marked the end of its first year in business by announcing a £1.4m turnover

Re:volve Real Estate’s turnover result surpasses their year-end target of £550,000 by 155%.

Under the leadership of founder and managing director, Anna Main, Re:volve Real Estate has built an extensive portfolio of more than 35 clients, managing more than £400m in assets and has expanded by opening offices in Liverpool and London.

This comes as the firm celebrates its one-year anniversary

Re:volve Real Estate still has ambitious growth plans which they aim to achieve through enhancing client service delivery and bolstering the facilities management team.

To support expansion plans, Re:volve Real Estate has hired senior operations director Melanie Jones from Nikal Group, alongside an apprentice property management surveyor.

Harry Hehir, has joined Re:volve this month as an apprentice property management surveyor. Coming from Courts Developments, Harry is currently pursuing a real estate degree, part-time. Based at the Wilmslow head office, he will be working closely with the property management team lead by Anna and Melanie.

“Always looking forward” at ways to grow

Anna Main, founder and managing director, said: “While we’re taking the time to reflect proudly on our achievements, we’re always looking forward and at ways we can grow and strengthen our offering for our clients. Investing in new talent is a big part of that and we’re excited to bring fresh energy and ideas into the business.”
